Returns & exchange

On www.italianluxuryfashion.eu there are new things and vintage items; conservation rate of the vintage items is indicated by points from 1 till 10.

The Client of www.italianluxuryfashion.eu  has the right to return or exchange the item purchased during 14 days since its delivery. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 

• The item purchased is in its original state including original packaging and labels, and is not in the list of the items that cannot be changed or returned under the Ukrainian Law (lingerie, bed linen, feather items, gloves, tights and stockings, printed press & books, cosmetics, perfumes, jewelry)
• Shoes are tried only on the carpeted floor surface in order to avoid deformation of the sole;
• Shirts correspond to the collar size and are not opened to try on as the initial state of the packaging is not restored;
• Clothes is tried on without make up, there should be visible stains of lipstick, tone cream, personal or perfumes smells;
• Within 3 days since purchased item delivery a return or exchange  request is sent to info@ italianluxuryfashion.eu including its reason and scan copies of the first passport page, payment document;
• Purchased item including original packaging, labels and payment documents was delivered back to the sender’s address by the same shipping company within 14 days since its delivery to the Client;
• Shipping expenses of the purchased item return or exchange are not reimbursed to the Client except cases where such returns are fault of the www.italianluxuryfashion.eu , namely, parcel content does not correspond to the Client’s order. 

Given fulfillment of the abovementioned Returns & Exchange Policy www.italianluxuryfashion.eu  upon Client’s agreement will replace the item purchase or reimburse its cost excluding shipping expenses and banking fees during 3-10 working days.
